Customer Retention and Marketing Manager

What you will do:
- Develop and execute our customer retention strategy;
- Optimize and take ownership of our “Refer a friend” program;
- Analyze and improve our email communication;
- Execute customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the results to improve business performance;
- Cooperate with our customer support team to increase upselling rate within our product;
- Continuously audit our support team communication and present ideas for improvement;
- Provide timely feedback to the marketing team on service disruptions & customer concerns;
- Work on increasing customer satisfaction.
